CSI:Napa - Meeting Notes April 9, 2009

Barry reviewed our new name - Customer Service Initiative (CSI) - Napa. Barry also informed the committee of our new blog page (you're on it now) and reviewed the script for the training video. The committee will need to help when the time comes for filming.

Rebecca reviewed the assessment summary. There are issues with recorded messages not matching the way the system is set up. There is also an issue of whether there should always be a live person answering versus having a recorded message.

The committee took a vote and it is decided that a live person will always answer phones - departments need to set up phones to ring at primary phones, then roll to other phones including top staff.

Next meeting - April 24th
Agenda items - training materials, revised timeline, discussion with CM Parness.

Welcome to the Customer Service Initiative blog. (I like to call our effort "CSI:Napa" because it sounds cool and will be a good marketing phrase.) What's the blog all about? It's a communication tool - post your thoughts, news, insights, links, success stories, announcements.
